Founded in 2011, we’re a USPAP-certified equipment appraisal firm led by a Master Certified Machinery and Equipment Appraiser and staffed by ASA member professionals, with a track record of over $1 billion in appraised industrial machinery, equipment, and fixed assets.

Since our founding, we have evaluated more than $1 billion in industrial machinery, equipment, and fixed assets for businesses, lenders, attorneys, and government agencies. Our core practice serves clients nationwide across the United States, with appraisal experience that has also extended to complex transactions in Canada and Mexico for large-scale capital equipment across multiple industries.

Our firm is managed by ASA member professionals and led by a Master Certified Machinery and Equipment Appraiser, ensuring the highest standards of expertise and professionalism. We maintain current MSHA 5000-23 and TWIC credentials, allowing us access to mining operations, industrial facilities, and seaport environments when specialized knowledge of equipment and assets is required.

Our work complies with USPAP Standards 9 and 10 for Business Valuations and Standards 7 and 8 for Machinery and Equipment Appraisals, which are recognized throughout the United States as the benchmark for professional appraisal practices.
